So, I'm a photographer, and was wondering if anyone out there has had my problem before.
I was hired by another photographer to shoot a job. After shooting the job, I collected a check for the job, made out to his company, and deposited it to his bank account as requested. He never paid me.
Any suggestions? I live in Los Angeles, and he lives in Delaware. I think I have no recourse, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
And...just a general warning...don't shoot anything for FRED STOCKER or EXISTING LIGHT LLC !! They won't pay you!

I recently saw the film about Diane Arbus starring Nicole Kidman. Is it a true to life portrait? If so... What a tragic life!
